*All software must be paid for or provided by customer whenever necessary.  HDD installation involves formatting, and/or partitioning of the disk.  Network installation is per client (any device attached to the network).  Customize Windows means the adding of users and/or features, and/or tweaking the settings for performance beyond that which is set by a default installation.
